Returns & Exchanges

Gap offers free returns and exchanges on all items within 30 days of the ship date, provided they are in their original condition. Items must be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for a full refund to your original form of payment.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online portal to find your order and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

Package Your Items

Place the items you are returning into the original shipping bag or box and include the packing slip if available.

Ship It Back

Attach the pre-paid UPS or USPS return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or your local Gap store.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
